Marketing and Sales Support

Siamo Recruitment have an excellent opportunity supporting a client full of growth and success. Our client is looking for a talented administrator looking to develop and make a role their own. With this opportunity you’ll have a range of responsibilities including support trade sales managers, marketing manager and P/A duties to the General Manager.

With an inviting salary between £20,500 – £23,000 and benefits such as 20 days holiday (plus statutory days) rising a day a year up to 25 days. The company contributes to the pension scheme and matches employees contributions up to 5%. Along with parking on site.

This is a great role for an individual skilled across either of the sectors looking for a varied role and being a key point within business growth and success.

You role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support to all sectors of the business
  • Processing orders with customers and trade clients
  • Receive, check and dispatch invoices
  • Maintaining customer fiels and trade databases with the sales departments
  • Assist marketing with how to approach the market
  • Be first point of call for customer queries
  • P/A duties – managing and planning events, diary management, office upkeep and catalogue requests.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous background in a suitable sector
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to converse and control conversation with customers and clients
  • Ability to multi-task, be self-sufficient and business aware
