Internal Account Manager (Trainee) + Commission

Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with a forward thinking and market leading client within a growing field. Due to continued growth our client are looking to recruit a target and service driven account manager passionate on providing a professional and consultative approach to their customers.

You’ll need a customer service / sales background along with an aptitude to learn, engage with current customers and grow a clientele base.

This is an excellent opportunity as you’ll be developing business through service and repeat business ensuring renewals and service up keep. So no more cold calling.

You’ll be joining a driven team of 6 reporting extremely close to an external sales executive working in partnership to grow your customer base.

What you role and responsibilities will be:

  • Working in partnership with an External Account Manager to retain existing clients and spread awareness for new
  • Dealing with all client enquiries within your remit
  • Full account management from quoting to sale to delivery and aftercare
  • Processing of sales orders and liaising with internal suppliers
  • Closing of sales

  • Methodical, process driven and target driven
  • Excellent Written Skills
  • Previous customer service / account management or sales background is essential
