HR Manager / Experienced HR Adviser. Permanent. Cirencester. £30k – £34k pa.

We here at Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with a growing client passionate on moving forward, however this family feel client have been well established for a long period of time and have a one off vacancy looking for a powerful HR Manager to lead a team and work alongside the Managing Director. As a varied HR role, we are looking for someone heavily experienced within employee relations, project management, recruitment and more looking to drive further into HR Management. This varied Human Resources role will have the following duties:

  • Assisting the with the creation and implementation of the HR Strategy Plan
  • Reviewing, creating and implementing policies, procedures and processes in line with business requirements
  • Building and maintaining excellent internal relationships however being able to challenge appropriately
  • Oversee all aspects of Employee Relations, from responding to general queries to employment tribunal cases
  • Managing all aspects of the Recruitment process being the centre point between line manager and internal / external candidates
  • All HR Administration ensuring HR databases are up to date and more
  • Monitoring sickness records and absence management
  • Delivering and looking into training and development programs
  • Dealing with all levels of Licensing required for this client

The successful candidate will have the following background for this HR Adviser role:

  • Thorough work experience with Employee Relations, Project Management, Licensing, Training and Development and more
  • Self motivating, with a hunger to learn and develop
  • Ideally level CIPD Level 5 however viable work experience is fitting
  • Excellent communication skills dealing with all levels of the business
  • Previous exposure to a high-pressure environment is essential
  • Understanding of confidentiality/discretion
  • Confident in own abilities
  • Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail
