Credit Services Administrator. Permanent. Cirencester. £18k + benefits.

We’re currently working in partnership with a well known client based in the heart of Cirencester looking for a Credit Services Administrator with an accounts background. With a newly formed and improved Credit Risk Team, our client is on the search for a capable and driven individual to join their team. This role will be highly varied and supporting the collections team, mostly in resolving disputed invoices and issuing corrections thus you are required to have an understanding of Credit and how it applies to business implications.

This Credit Services Administrator role will include:

  • A knowledge or background in using SAP would be advantageous but not essential
  • Build and Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and other outsourced teams
  • Responsible for managing and raising credit notes ensuring appropriate authorisations have been given
  • Providing detailed reports on pending and completed adjustments
  • Producing accurate credit notes
  • Dealing with credit adjustments
  • Work with the collections team to agree upon corrective actions and produce accurate credit notes
  • Providing important and detailed information to management when requested

To be successful within this Credit Services Administrator role you will need the following:

  • A background and understanding of dealing with credit
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • SAP experience
  • Display excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
