Customer Service Administrator

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience (Ideal but not essential)
  • Confident communicator at levels
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft programmes
  • Eager to take on responsibilities
  • KPI driven

Role will include:

  • Working hours of 08:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday
  • Inbound and outbound call handling
  • Scheduling out works / booking in appointments
  • Report handling
  • Prioritising and multi-tasking
  • Working on internal systems (full training will be given)
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service is given at all times
  • Regularly working on Microsoft Excel
  • Ensure all daily/weekly tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Meeting SLA + KPI targets within a timely manner
